The Directors and the Management team have a strong and successful health and safety background, both have embedded a culture of “safety first” in the company and its workforce. The companies’ health and safety policy encompasses the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and is underpinned by comprehensive insurance cover, safe systems of work and a comprehensive list of risk assessments as follows.

 

• Insurance: We have Employers Liability cover and Public Liability cover.

• Policy: We have a comprehensive Health and Safety Policy statement

• Procedures: We will develop and provide site specific risk assessments and method statements.

• Training: We will ensure that all staff are qualified to undertake specialist tasks and continually assessed training needs.

• Review: We will continually assess Heath and Safety and undertake regular reviews of policies and procedures.

• Consultation: We will meet with customers on a regular basis to review methods of work with a view to making improvements.
